Pain Sucks

I'm still in too much pain for long posts here, but I'm committed to sharing every day whether it's good or bad. Somebody pray this pain subsides so I can get back to my normal routine! I'm gonna leave today's menu, then I'm back to the floor for more stretching!

Meal #1
2 scrambled eggs
2 slices double fiber wheat bread
1/2 oz cheddar

Meal #2
1 cup grapes
1 oz mozzarella
2 oz grilled chicken tenderloins

Meal #3
1 oz honey roasted peanuts

Meal #4
Grilled chicken & cheddar quesadilla (hotel restaurant)

Meal #5
double cheeseburger
waffle w/ sugar free syrup

I didn't consume anywhere near enough water today. Ugh. I'm working on making up for that now. Y'all have a good night.
