I missed you guys...

I missed being here yesterday. I was home, but I hurt my back on Sunday and spent most of the day either in bed asleep or lying on the floor begging for some relief. It's a little bit better today, but I don't think I'm gonna be able to sit in this chair for very long, so I'll leave today's menu and catch up with y'all tomorrow. Hopefully, I will be able to focus on something other than pain tomorrow.

Meal #1
3 whole scrambled eggs
2 slices double fiber wheat bread

Meal #2
1 cup kettle corn
whole sliced apple
1 oz cheddar cheese

Meal #3
2 oz baked chicken tenderloin
1 cup grapes

Meal #4
hard boiled egg
1 cup grapes
2 oz baked chicken tenderloin

Meal #5
Fried boneless chicken breast sandwich on white bread
side of french fries

I may have a little something else before bed, but likely, it will be just water for the rest of the night. Hope to catch up again tomorrow.
